How to create a ticket

To solve the problem, you need to contact an IT specialist. In this article, we'll tell you how to do it using the Develit Help Center.

From any page of our site you can go to the ticket creation page. At the top of the site, or more precisely in the navigation menu, you can see the button "Create new ticket".

When creating a ticket, you must fill out your name and email address. This is so that we know who the request comes from, and so that you can successfully get a response from the support team.

Next, you need to write the title of your problem - the basic gist. In the description field, you need to describe your problem in details, so that the support team understands the problem and can provide the fastest possible solution.

The next point is the choice of the task priority. There are three in total: low, medium and high.
The priority does not determine the speed of solving the task, but depends on the priority of its solution for the support team. If the support team at a given moment has high priority tasks, and your task has medium or low priority, the high priority task will be executed first.

The last step is to add files. You can attach both photos and videos. You need to click on the "Choose files" button and select files that clearly show the problem. A visual description of the problem will also help the support team understand your problem and solve it faster.
